120th Career Win
1st Season Win
2nd COTA Win
After a very slow start the first few weeks Brian scores a win and makes a huge move up in the standings to establish himself as a contender once again 3 races into the 2026 season. Wins cure all this season and Brian pulled off the victory by 18 points over his teammate Lizzy in 2nd place. This is Brian's 7th road course victory and he becomes the 1st person to win multiple races at COTA. Brian heads to Phoenix 3rd place in the standings 18 points behind his teammate Lizzy. FJBLGB Racing is off to a hot start again after both going to the Championship race last season.
Lizzy scored her 2nd Top 3 in the first 3 races of the season at COTA and it helped her build her points lead. Her lead was 11 heading into COTA and now that lead is back to 14 points again this time over her teammate Brian. The consistency and the Daytona 500 victory has Lizzy as the favorite early on. FJBLGB Racing won the team battle Sunday at COTA with all 3 members scoring Top 5 finishes. They currently hold a 4 point lead in the team standings over Moore Odds Racing & Part Time Garage.
The rookie has entered the chat. Brady scores his best finish of the season and his 1st Top 3 in his 3rd race. Brady has quietly been consistent since his bad finish in the Daytona 500. He scored a 4th place last week and followed that with a 3rd this week along with some stage points. Brady is currently 6th place in points and only 1 point behind the other rookie Stephanie for 5th place. Now we head to Phoenix as Brady continues to get the hang of NPRS and search for his 1st victory.
Patrick is the first to score the win bonus this year with Reddick chosen as the winner at COTA.
Justin scored his 70th Stage Win & Patrick scored his 64th Stage Win Sunday.
Josh is the only person yet to score a Top 5 finish this season. After 2 drafting tracks and 1 road course we start to go to normal tracks this week and Josh could turn his season around. Josh will be searching for his 50th Short Track Win Sunday at Phoenix. He holds more short track wins than anyone else.
Thanks to stage points, Justin & Brady scored the 2nd most points Sunday.
Sean's losing streak grows to 30 races. Patrick is now at 29.
Josh, Jim & Patrick currently the 3 on the outside looking in. A win could flip that for any of them.
Patrick & Josh lead the way with Phoenix wins all time with 7 each. Justin and Brian each have 6. Lizzy has never won at Phoenix before.
9th Career Win
2nd Atlanta Win
1st Season Win
After a slow start to the year, a win cures all for Maigan in her 3rd season. Maigan won pretty big Sunday by 17 points over 2nd place Jim. This victory helps elevate Maigan up 8 positions in the standings from 10th to 2nd. This is Maigan's 9th Career Win and 2nd at Atlanta. She is quickly becoming a favorite at drafting style tracks as this is her 4th drafting tracks win out of her total of 9 wins. She also has 4 wins at speedways and 1 short track win. That means she has yet to score a win on a road course or street course and next week is going to be her next chance as we head to COTA in Austin. Maigan will enter COTA 2nd in the points, 11 points behind our leader Lizzy. The girls are off to a strong start this year with back to back wins to kick off the season.
Congrats To Maigan on this early victory after a rough year in 2025, missing the playoffs
Jim definitely needed to leave Atlanta with something positive and he did that with a runner up finish. While he didn't move up any in the standings he did make up some ground. He entered the race 37 back from the leader and has cut that down to 32. Jim has 12 tracks he has never won at before and COTA is one of them. Jim has 1 road course victory on his resume and will look to up that next week as he looks to get back into the CHASE. He is currently 7 points outside the CHASE bubble after 2 races.
Tyson has always had no problem finding a way to win stages. In his 5 years he has now racked up 35 stage wins and is only 1 stage win away from tying Sean for 6th most all time. The only downside this week was Sean scored a stage win as well to maintain that gap. Tyson's 3rd place finish at Atlanta plus 4 stage points helped him score the 2nd most points of anyone this weekend. This helped Tyson climb 2 spots in the standings from 7th to 5th. Tyson looks forward to some road course racing next week as he already has 3 road course race wins and 1 Street course win in his short career.
Lizzy maintains points lead although her lead did shrink from 14 to 11.
Justin & Stephanie both fell 1 spot in the standings after a great kickoff to the season. They need to get wins to join Lizzy & Maigan for the points lead battle.
The win bonus has yet to be scored this year. Last week at Daytona no one even had the race winner on their lineup and this week at Atlanta only 3 people had picked Reddick. That helped those three people finish 1, 2 and 3.
Freedom Motorsports won their 35th race all time and they were able to pull out the team battle win this week. Despite that team win by them this week and Moore Odds Racing last week, the new leaders in the team standings is FJBLGB Racing, the defending team Champs are back on top.
With 2 races down and 24 to go: Jim, Patrick, and Brian are the 3 currently on the outside of the CHASE looking in.
This will be our 6th race at COTA and we have had 5 different winners in the 1st 5 years.
Sean currently has the longest losing streak at 29 races. Patrick is at 28 races without a win.
12th Career Win
1st Daytona Win
1st Season Win
Lizzy came up short last year as the runner up for the Championship but she has been getting better each year and aiming for a title in 2026. She starts the season off with a huge win at Daytona by winning a photo finish against rookie Stephanie. They tied in points and the tie was broken by the 3rd driver. This is Lizzy's 1st ever win at Daytona and her 2nd Crown Jewel race win. This is also Lizzy's 1st time winning a drafting track. This year is old school in a way because the entire season counts and wins mean more than ever before. There are no more playoff points or advantages with stage wins but the advantage to counter that is race victories which scores you 55 points. When we get to race #26 you will likely need to be in the Top 3 or 4 spots in the CHASE to have a legitimate shot at the title. The CHASE is on and Lizzy is on top heading to Atlanta (Echo Park Speedway)
Congrats to Lizzy on her big win
Stephanie came out on top of her 1st event in the Clash at Bowman Gray and she almost won her 1st regular race as well losing to a tiebreaker for the Daytona 500. This rookie is off to a great start despite finishing 2nd. She also finished 2nd in one of the Duel Races and is currently 3rd place in points only 1 point behind Justin for 2nd. Will her momentum carry on to the next drafting track at Atlanta next week?
Stephanie also led her team to the team battle win at Daytona scoring the most points with the best average finish for her single person team. Moore Odds Racing leads the team standings after 1 of 36.
Sean still has yet to break through and win a Daytona 500 after his 12th attempt. Sean finished 3rd Sunday evening. He has a good history at Daytona but it just hasn't happened in the 500. A 3rd place here and a 2nd place in one of the Duel Races gives Sean a pretty solid start to 2026. He currently sits 4th in points 6 points back of the Top 3 heading to Atlanta.
It's early but the 3 people currently on the outside of the CHASE bubble are Jim, Maigan and defending Champion Brian.
Brian leads Echo Park Speedway with the most wins at 7 and since the reconfiguration in 2022 to a drafting style track we have had 8 different winners in 8 races.
Brian won the February race last year at Echo Park and Josh won the fall race.
Besides the rookies, Lizzy is the only person who has never won a race before at Echo Park Speedway.
With another drafting track coming up it's still a lot of luck involved and survival is more important than ever. If those in the bottom of the standings have another bad race it will be a tough hole to climb out of.
When you go to the standings sheet this year there are tabs at the bottom that you can move from the standings to the schedule, see season finishes and check out the team results and standings.
When you go to the track stats sheet you can go to any track but also go to track type stats like drafting tracks vs short tracks ect. One of the 1st tabs is the active tracks that everyone has yet to win at.
The other rookie comes out on top of his 1st event of the 2026 season. Brady had drivers finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd and pulled off the win by 2 points over Sean. Lizzy rounded out the Top 3 finishers. After finishing 6th at the Clash, Brady took over the points lead after Duel #1 but had to wait and see how Duel #2 would go before being declared the points leader heading into Sunday. Brady will enter the Daytona 500 2nd in points behind his brother Justin.
Justin is off to a great start to the season with a runner up finish in the Clash and now a win in Duel #2. He won the 2nd Duel by 7 points over Stephanie in 2nd and Tyson rounded out the Top 3. With the consistent finishes and Duel victory Justin has captured the points lead heading into the Daytona 500 Sunday. So far the most points available has been 10 for a victory, now the big points come out at Daytona as the winner will score 55 points!!! This is Justin's 4th Duel Win All Time which is most of anyone.
We definitely won't forget this race for a long time and 1 of our 2 rookies this season came out on top. Stephanie pulled out the CLASH win by 4 points over Justin & Maigan who tied for 2nd. Justin won the tiebreaker by having the better 3rd driver. Then we had another tie for 4th place between Lizzy & Josh which went to Lizzy based on last year's points because they picked the same 5 drivers in the same exact order!
As we leave cold Winston Salem and move south to Florida for speedweek Stephanie is our points leader by 1 over Justin and 2 over Maigan. Our next event is the Duel Races next Thursday. Picks will be due on Wednesday at midnight. You will pick 5 drivers for each Duel Race for a total of 10 drivers. Only drivers who finish in the Top 10 in each race will score points.

NPRS 2026 is Officially underway, will this win by Stephanie be beginners luck or could she be a true contender this season?
Click the photo below that says NPRS Standings to get to the season standings and rundown of the points
After such a dominating season last year, Brian still had to fight it out at Phoenix in the final Championship Race and still pulled it off but 2026 will be much different as the CHASE returns. It will be more important than ever to perform all season long in order to have a shot at the title in the final 10 races. The new 55 points for a race win is huge and you have to win races all season long to be the best.
We crunched the numbers and even though Brian was so dominant last year, he failed to win a single Race in the final 10 races and under the new format that would not be enough to win the title. So keep in mind this new system awards consistency and the points leaders all year will have the advantage but if you don't show up in the CHASE, you probably won't hold on.
This will be Brian's 22nd Season and he will be chasing his 5th Championship.
Lizzy made it to the Championship Race for the 1st time last year and came up short but she once again scored her highest season finish ever and there is only 1 more spot to move up from 2nd. Lizzy has been famous for consistency since joining NPRS in 2022. She has never finished worse than 4th overall and the new CHASE format may benefit her but she will still need to get wins like last season when she got 5 and most of those came in the playoffs. If last year's format was the CHASE, she would have been the Champion.
This is Lizzy's 5th Season as she is chasing her 1st Championship.
Jim had a rough stretch after his rookie Championship season in 2020. He finished 5th, 7th, 9th and 9th the 4 years after that. But 2025 was a rebound for Jim. Actually his rebound started at the end of 2024 with multiple wins in the final 10 races. He would score 4 wins at the end of 2024 and 5 wins in 2025 and came up a little short going to the Championship Race but finished 3rd overall.
Now with a fresh start and a new format, can Jim continue his success from 2025 in his 7th season in NPRS? Jim is the defending race winner of the CLASH last year as we head back to Bowman Gray very soon.
Josh Moore had a decent year last year and most people would love to finish 4th overall but honestly that is a down year for Josh who had finished Top 2 the previous 3 years. Josh hasn't finished outside the Top 4 since 2013, the last year the CHASE existed. The good news for Josh is he had a lot of great years during the CHASE from 2005-2013 winning 4 of his 8 titles during that span.
This will be Josh's 22nd Season and he continues to pad his records across the board. Now he will look to set new records in the new format this year. The GOAT will be chasing a 9th Championship in 2026.
Coming off his 1st Championship, Patrick had little luck trying to defend it in 2025. He only scored 1 win last season and finished 5th overall. This year will be a year to rebound and put a full season together. Patrick has finished Top 5 in the last 3 seasons and this year will be a great competition as we grow to 11 participants for the 1st time since 2023.
This is Patrick's 18th Season as he races to chase his 2nd title.
Justin had a great year last year to begin and was looking like a Championship contender but it all fell apart in the playoffs and he fell to 6th overall. This is the 3rd straight year he finished 6th and he wants to turn it around and get back up top and break is long drought without a title. No one has went longer without a Championship. Justin has't won a title in 16 years.
This is Justin's 22nd Season as he looks to chase title #2.
Can Sean show up for all 36 races this year? Last year Sean won 2 races early which would have been a playoff berth but he later missed 2 races which took his eligibility away. Depspite missing races and losing a lot of points he had a impressive run at times. Under the new format consistency will be king and if he scores a lot of last place finishes early in the year his chances of making the CHASE will fade.
This is Sean's 13th Season, could it be lucky #13? He is chasing his 2nd Championship.
Maigan shocked everyone in her rookie year and almost pulled a Jim but last year was not quite the same. She definitely suffered a sophomore slump and finished 8th overall. She was able to score 2 race wins in the final 10 races so momentum is definitely coming back for her.
Will her 3rd year be the turnaround to get back up top like her rookie year with 6 wins and 3rd overall?
Tyson has had some great areas during his 5 years where he has really showed up but his final season results do not show it. While one year he made it all the way to the 3rd round of the playoffs but his total season points brought him back to the bottom of the standings. He has yet to finish better than 8th overall and the last couple years have been even worse but he avoided last place last year by winning 2 races in the final 10.
Will his 6th season be the breakout year for Tyson and will the new format help him out?
We have a new contender in 2026 and her husband is the best that has ever done it. If she can take any tips or knowledge from him she may surprise everyone as a rookie. Stephanie is the 15th person to join NPRS and helps make 2026 one of the biggest seasons we have ever had (Tied with 2023). Stephanie will create her own single person team Moore Odds Racing for the 2026 season. Good luck to the rookie in 2026. We have our 1st rookie battle in many many years.
But wait there's more. We have another new contender in 2026 with Brady joining. Ironically the same season his dad Craig leaves NPRS he steps in to take his place. Brady becomes the 16th person to join NPRS and helps make this tied for the largest field we have ever had. Brady will join Sean on Part Time Garage and fill the spot that Craig left. Good luck to another rookie in 2026. Should be a good rookie of the year battle.
We lost a team last season with Jim being taken from Hit The Pace Car Motorsports but we have a new team joining in this year.
NASCAR announced the removal of playoffs and the new CHASE format so we will adapt that for NPRS.
Rules changes are added to the rule book and should make things much simpler without the playoff points ect.
Pretty straight up. If we have 10-11 people, 8 will make the CHASE
Then those 8 are seeded and the one with the most after the final 10 races will be the Champion.
With the regular season Champion no longer a thing we will shift that $15 bonus to the Champion at the end of the year.
